: Worked as Senior Branch Manager in Kaveri Grameena Bank, a Regional Rural Bank established under Regional Rural Bank Act 1976 and sponsored by State Bank of Mysore for the past 31 years in different parts of the state and in various managerial capacities and acquired knowledge of Administration and Management.

1)Immensely contributed to the Society through Banking schemes for the upliftment of rural farmers/artisans and downtrodden people to improve their economic standards of life.

2)Extended the provisions of Banking and financial services that consequently pursue, as main objective, a positive contribution to the potential of human beings to develop today and in the future.

3)Through social Banking, mainly focussed on satisfying existing needs in the rural economy and the society whilst simultaneously taking into account their social and economic sustainability.

4)Implemented effectively the FINANANCIAL INCLUSION, JANDHANA- the coverage of unbanked population into financial system.

5)Extended credit facilities to the Rural women folk in the service area, through Self Help Groups and thus empowering the women with strong financial fundamentals.
