Work Experience :
	Graduated from Maharaja College, Mysore (1980). Obtained LLB., Degree from Vidhyavardaka Law College, Mysore (1983).
	Worked as Assistant Public Prosecutor (1989-1991). Appointed as Munsiff & J.M.F.C. (1991). Served as Chief Judicial Magistrate at Mangalore and Hassan.
	Served as Member-Secretary and Chairman of District Legal Services Authority. Secured First Rank in District Judges' Competitive Examination held by the Hon'ble High Court of Karnataka. Honoured by the Kannada Development Authority for having written good kannada judgements(2009-10).
	Worked as Super Time Scale District Judge. Served as Additional Registrar-General of Dharwad Bench, Karnataka High Court (2013-14).
	Served as Principal District and Sessions Judge at Ramanagar (2014-16). Served as Principal Secretary to Government, Law Department, Government of Karnataka (2016-19).
	Served as Ex-officio Syndicate Member of Karnataka State Law University and Member of Executive Council and General Council of National Law School of India University (NLSIU), Bangalore.
	Visited International Court of Justice at Hague, The Netherlands and Supreme Court of America at Washington D.C. and several trail Courts both in Europe and America.
	Visited United Nation and its various organs both at New York, U.S.A., and Geneva, Switzerland.
	The Govt of Karnataka vide Notification No.DPAR 185 RTI 2018 on Dated:22nd March 2019, appointed as State Chief Information Commissioner,Govt of karnataka,Bangalore and assumed office on 6th May, 2019.
